I believe classroom management is a crucial component for meaningful learning. Without effective classroom management, the students are unable to learn the content and skills necessary to enhance their knowledge. Classroom Management maximizes student learning time and establishes a safe and organized learning environment. The structure of the classroom influences the role of the students and how their roles need to be fulfilled. Classroom management does not mean punishing the students for bad behavior, but to allow smooth daily running of the classroom.
